Flashcards not accessible at all!

I have been using flashcards since November 2011 - no problem! Starting this week I am able to save new lesson words to Flashcards and My Wordlist but not able to open any decks! Frustrating as I find this visual format very useful for learning new vocabulary! Has anyone else had this problem? Does someone have a solution? I don't seem to get any responses to emails!

We're sorry to hear that you had the technical issue on Flashcard. Could you sign-out, delete the cache or temporarily saved files on your web-browser, then sign-in again and see if the flashcard is still not working? If you see any error messages when you open the deck, please let us know. That would help us a lot for solving the issue.
