We're sorry to hear that you had the technical issue on Flashcard. Could you sign-out, delete the cache or temporarily saved files on your web-browser, then sign-in again and see if the flashcard is still not working? If you see any error messages when you open the deck, please let us know. That would help us a lot for solving the issue.
