INTRODUCTION |
Jason:In each lesson of this 25 part series, you'll master a common question for Greek learners, and then learn how to answer it like a native. You'll learn how these key phrases work by breaking them down into each component. Then through repetition and new vocabulary, you'll expand your understanding of the question, its answers, and any variations. |

Ok, it's different syntax.
Thanks
Hi Hiro,
Yes, it is correct to say Ναι, τα μιλάω καλά. However, Ναι, μιλάω καλά is not wrong as one assumes Ναι, μιλάω καλά (τα ελληνικά). Both are equal I'd say. It depends on how the question is formed:
Τα μιλάς καλά (τα ελληνικά); Ναι, τα μιλάω καλά.
Μιλάς καλά ελληνικά; Ναι, μιλάω καλά.
Cheers,
Stefania

Hi Stefania
These sentesces: Ναι, μιλάω καλά.....etc.
Greek language uses a lot of articles and the articles are very important point of syntax, I assume..
But these sentences are a little bit strange for me.
It would be better Ναι, τα μιλάω καλά....?
Is it anatural? Does it sound bad for you?
Many thanks
Hiro
Hi Imani,
Κι εγώ; Ναι, κι εγώ μιλάω. Πολύ καλά, χεχε!
