| 1. ανακυκλώνω (anakiklóno) "to recycle" |
| Στο γραφείο μας ανακυκλώνουμε τα άχρηστα χαρτιά. (Sto grafío mas anakiklónume ta áhrista hartiá.) "In our office, we recycle the useless papers." |
| 2. εθελοντής (ethelondis) "to volunteer" |
| Είμαι εθελοντής σε μια οργάνωση για την προστασία της θαλάσσιας χελώνας (Íme ethelondís se mia orgánosi ya tin prostasía tis thalásias helónas) "I'm a volunteer at an organization for the protection of the sea turtles." |
| 3. προστατεύω (prostatévo) "to protect" |
| Το σύστημα αυτό προστατεύει το δάσος από τις πυρκαγιές. (To sístima aftó prostatévi to dásos apó tis pirkayés.) "This system protects the forest from wildfires." |
| 4. επαναχρησιμοποιώ (epanahrisimopió) "to reuse" I know. This is very difficult. |
